 A SUCCESSFUL PRE-SEASON KICK-OFF!!!!!

The past two weekends started ASG Florida's year off in an outstanding way.  ASG Dallas Director and US Men's U-20 National Team Staff Coach Dave Dir and ASG Dallas Coach Dave Kunitz flew in to work with our staff to help further the education of our coaches and players.  They were on hand to conduct training sessions for the players and to help the coaching staff with training content and methodologies.  Titus conducted our initial fintess testing to establish a baseline that players are able to use throughout the year to gauge their progress.  On top of that, we had a fantastic cookout with the entire ASG Florida family lending a hand.

Thank you to the staff, parents and players for starting the year off in an exciting way!  Speacial thanks to
Yvette Marshall, Cheryl Everett, Dian Lensch and Tanja Clendinen for their time effort and enegry in submitting outstanding photos!

Congratulations to ASG Florida's Caroline Brockmeier!

Caroline has been invited to attend the U-14 United States Girl's National Team Pool Training from July 26, 2010 until August 6, 2010 in Portland, Orgeon.  This gives Caroline an opportunity to train with the best keepers in the country as well as the US National Team Staff.  Her route to Portland came from her hard work, dedication and the support of her family and coaches.  She is a Florida ODP State Player as well as our U-14 United States Region III Goalkeeper.  She and her Region III teammates represent the best that the entire southeast has to offer.  We may very well have our next Women's National Team Keeper on our hands.  Work hard in training and good luck at your national team trials!!!!!

Titus Sports Academy is very excited to work alongside ASG to focus on the long term athletic development of your soccer athletes. We believe in ASGs vision and agree that with skill and performance training we together can build/develop the whole player. Titus professionals have trained numerous youth and ...elite level soccer athletes and teams and we understand and believe that with proper programming and coaching these athletes can not only see performance improvements but simultaneously reduce their risk of injury.

The goal of our Speed-Strength Training is to teach the methods and exercises necessary to bring out an athletes full performance potential and improve their physiological capacity. Our training system focuses on increasing an athlete's total body explosiveness, ability to run faster, jump higher, kick/throw further, increase change of direction efficiency and improve speed endurance. Training to be fast and explosive requires a high level of effort that is based on maximum focus and concentration. Within every workout the following 5 physical qualities of the body will be trained: Mobility/Flexibility, Strength, Speed, Agility and Endurance. Therefore, Titus has a balanced approach through training, athletic assessment, evaluation, and planning that gives all athletes, of all talent levels, the chance to improve their performance.

We have the ability to test and track performance improvements over time with our Performance Tracking Database. Speed-Strength Testing will be completed throughout the training period and will include tests from each of the five physical training components. ASG will have access to a personal page on the Titus Performance Database and each player will have an individual login and password to view and compare their performance improvements.

We truly believe that this model within ASG will rival any long term youth development model in the world. We are excited to be a part of your team and look forward to working with ASG.

With Much Sincerity,

Adam Faurot, CEO
